Refund policy
Our products are Personalized Items and are therefore FINAL SALES.
Damages and Incorrect Personalization
The only exception to our final sale policy is if you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item. We ask that you please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact within 14 days of receiving your item to request a refund OR a replacement item.
To start a refund/replacement, please contact us at support@designstoperfection.com. Please note, we do not require that the incorrect or damaged items be returned to us, only that you include a CLEAR photo of the defect, damage or incorrect personalization.
If approved and you request a refund, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you request a replacement, we will notify you of the expected delivery time frame.
